Shipping Information

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing shipping delays with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We are still open and shipping orders in a timely manner (usually within a business day or two of the order being placed), but once the order is shipped it is out of our hands. Once you receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, that means we have shipped the order and it has left our warehouse. We've been seeing delays of up to two weeks on some orders. Please know that we're doing our best to stay on top of delays and follow up with late orders, but there's only so much we can do. If an order is actually missing, we will reship at no expense to you and file a claim with the carrier.

Due to the heavy nature of our items, the post office does not always scan the packages as they are in transit. This is very frustrating for both you and us. Please know that if your tracking status says "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending," that means the post office has your shipment. If you call them, they'll tell you it's still at our facility, but that is simply not the case.

Take a look at this tracking history, for instance:

You can see that our package went all the way from Indianapolis to North Dakota without ever getting scanned.

We do ship tiller blades and other small, dense items through the post office because that is the most cost effective route, and we normally don't have issues with them.

If you absolutely need your items by a certain date, please select either FedEx or UPS at checkout

Thank you for your patience and support.
