Shipping Information

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing shipping delays with all of our carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

These companies are currently overwhelmed and understaffed. The tremendous growth in e-commerce and the lack of capacity in the system to handle such growth is causing strains in the shipping industry. For context, online sales across all e-commerce industries for May 2020 were more than $82 billion. This is an almost 80% increase over May 2019. Online spending for Black Friday rose 22%, well ahead of the projected annual growth of 14%. Additionally, social distancing protocols that courier companies and shipping centers have adopted to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep their employees safe have further impacted the speed of these services.

We are still open and shipping orders in a timely manner (usually within a business day or two of the order being placed), but once the order is shipped it is out of our hands. Once you receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, that means we have shipped the order and it has left our warehouse. We've been seeing delays of up to two weeks on some orders. Please know that we're doing our best to stay on top of delays and follow up with late orders, but there's only so much we can do. If an order is actually missing, we will reship at no expense to you and file a claim with the carrier.
