Return Policy

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Note: Hydraulic cylinders that have had hydraulic fluid ran through them can NOT be returned unless they are defective. PLEASE ensure sizing will work before running hydraulic fluid through the cylinder.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@agristoreusa.com or call us at 317-329-5080.

Clearance items (if applicable) 
Clearance items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you ordered the wrong parts and need to exchange them for the right parts, please contact us first. You can either send the original order back to us for a full refund and place an order for the correct items, or contact us for additional options. Our return address is:

(Please make sure that "Suite D" is on the shipping label; if it's not, the return will not be delivered to us.)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there was a mistake on our part (contact us if in doubt). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We always recommend using a traceable shipping service, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
